Your company's old email and project records are worth six figures to AI labs.

Find out what yours are worth. We get quotes from every buyer and handle the sale.

Your estimated paymentNo. 001

$240K to $440K

01Is this real

$10M

Spirit Airlines' de-identified email and chat archive, won at auction by Google.

Court filing, Aug 2026

$300K–$400K

Reported average for companies with 50 to 100 employees.

Buyer interview, Oct 2026

$1B

One buyer's commitment to purchase company records over the next 12 months.

Company announcement, Oct 2026

Labs learned to write from the internet. The internet does not show how a quote gets priced or a change order gets approved. Your inbox does.

02How it works

Four steps. You decide at the end.

1

Tell us what you have

Today, 5 minutes

You

Headcount, years of records, which tools you used, operating or closed. No files, no names.

Our team

Reads the profile and confirms your company is the kind buyers are paying for.

You get

A valuation range right away, and a reply from us within one business day.

2

Buyers price it

About a week

You

One 15-minute call to confirm what you have.

Our team

Registers your company with our data purchasing partners under an anonymous profile and collects your quotes.

You get

Specific quotes from each buyer, side by side, so you know whether this is worth your time.

3

We check what you can license

2 to 3 weeks, only if quotes are worth it

You

Share your client and partner agreements. Walk us through your systems on one call.

Our team

Counsel reviews ownership and contract limits. We sort records into include and withhold, then negotiate price, use and payment terms.

You get

A written report on what to include and hold back, then final offers with the best price we can get.

4

You decide and sign

Payment per the license

You

Pick one offer, or none. Sign. Your IT person sends the agreed records.

Our team

Coordinates the export, checks the de-identified sample, and tracks payment to your account.

You get

Paid on delivery or from escrow, within days of delivery, not months. You keep your originals.

Nothing leaves your systems until step 4. Through step 3, buyers see an anonymous profile, counts and date ranges, never content.

03What never leaves

Your customers and employees are never in it.

  • ✕No personal information about customers or employees
  • ✕Nothing a client or partner agreement restricts
  • ✕No investor, fund or ownership materials

Before delivery, every name and identifier is replaced with a placeholder. You see a sample before you sign.

04After the transfer

What happens to your data once a buyer has it.

01

U.S. and allied buyers only

Your data is licensed only to labs and companies based in the U.S. and allied countries.

02

Held in an isolated vault

Kept apart from every other company's data, with access limited to approved people.

03

De-identified before sharing

Names and identifying details are replaced before anything reaches the buyer.

04

Erased when the lab is done

Once the lab has learned from it, your data set is completely deleted.

05 · Why not go to a buyer directly

You can. You will get one price and that buyer's contract.

We shop your data across our partner network and bring you the top quotes. Buyers pay differently by industry and by what data set their lab needs this quarter.

Counsel reads your client contracts first, so nothing is offered that you cannot license, and nothing is signed that you cannot live with.

The buyer pays us, only when a deal closes. You never write a check. We take our fee and pass the rest over to you.

In demand now

Agencies, law firms, healthcare and financial services usually hold records that belong to someone else. Ask anyway and we will tell you on the first reply.

07Questions owners ask first
What do I have to send to get a number?+

Nothing. Headcount, years and the tools you used. Buyer quotes come back in about a week.

My customers and employees would never agree to this.+

They are not in it. Their information is out of scope from the start, and the first step asks for none of it. Same for investors.

Who pays you?+

The buyer, when a deal closes. No deal, no fee.

What happens to my data after the sale?+

It is held in an isolated vault until the lab has read and absorbed it. The lab uses it to learn how people actually do the work, then your data set is completely erased.

We signed client contracts. Does that kill it?+

It usually narrows it. Counsel reads them before any buyer prices the scope. If nothing can be licensed today, we show you what to change so the next few years of records can be.

What if the quotes are too low?+

Say no. Nothing has left your systems, and you owe nothing. We can check back when buyer demand in your industry moves.

How long until I'm paid?+

Usually four to six weeks from first reply to signature, then within days of delivery, not months.
